This week has been so rewarding — I’ve been sending out customized HRT symptom reports to the 40+ incredible women who completed our checklist! Each report includes:

✅ My analysis based on their symptom patterns
✅ Suggested hormone tests to confirm imbalances
✅ Lifestyle tips and supplement recommendations to start feeling better right away

Example:
One woman reported:
✔️ Low libido
✔️ Irregular sleep
✔️ Anxiety

Based on these symptoms, I suggested she may be experiencing low progesterone and high estrogen (estrogen dominance) — and recommended confirming with saliva testing for estradiol and progesterone. I also shared supportive options like vitamin B6, magnesium, and Chasteberry (Vitex) while waiting on testing.

As for me?
I’m still waiting to do my own saliva test! According to ZRT Lab’s guidelines, I need to test between Days 19–21 of my cycle (counting from the first day of my period). Why? Because that’s when progesterone should peak, giving us the clearest insight into hormone balance — especially for women still menstruating.

So I’m patiently waiting for the right day… and in the meantime, I’m pouring my heart into helping every woman who said “yes” to herself by completing the checklist.
