 Reading: “The Mood Cure” by Julia Ross – all about how nutrition and neurotransmitters affect how we feel emotionally

Both books have been eye-opening — especially how much overlap there is between mood, energy, hormones, and nutrition.

I’m still waiting for the right day to take my saliva test… but in the meantime, I’m pouring my energy into learning and supporting every woman who’s stepped forward.
