“Rania, I have a young patient with pulmonary hypertension, and the tablets are too difficult for the family to manage. Can we switch him to a tadalafil oral suspension instead?”

I said, “Of course! Tadalafil is actually a great option for pediatric pulmonary hypertension because it helps relax the blood vessels in the lungs, reducing the workload on the heart and improving exercise capacity.”

He asked, “Is it safe for kids?”
